North Central Association of Schools for the Blind A team of eight mighty forensic students attended the NCASB Swim/Forensics Competition in Columbus, Ohio in late April. The Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School has not operated classroom or residential programs on the campus in Vinton since 2011. In an effort to use our resources to provide the greatest benefit to the students we serve, the Board of Regents, State of Iowa is working to sell the property.
