Eligibility and Entitlement
A team consisting of Judye Cooper, Jim Judd, Lori Graham, Keith Bell, Gwen Woodward, and Patrick Clancy worked on clarity and revisions to the Eligibility Entitlement Document. this is the procedure used in the identification and re-evaluation of students who may be eligible for services based on being blind or visually impaired, including those with additional disabilities.
