Your Student Evaluation dates sheet and prepare evaluations that are due in the spring
Review evaluation dates based on IMS Re-evaluation schedule and evaluation date report from CRM and discuss progress towards completing upcoming evaluations.
All Staff:
Take a deep breath; it is almost time for a break!
Complete ECC Screening Tools for initial and Reevaluation IEPs.
Start preparing students for Braille Challenge - you will receive e mails about this from the Literacy Consultant
Meet with any new teachers to discuss: student classroom accommodations, times to observe/work with student, special materials/books/optical devices
Perform a mid-year check for low-vision students to see if appropriate accommodations are available to them.
Review APH census process with mentor or Literacy Consultant. Look for the American Printing House (APH) census to come in an a mail.
