How statewide testing is going to be administered for your students and that the testing coordinator on each campus knows what accommodations are for their VI students. The accommodations should be written on the current IEP.
 
 
Students' course schedules for next year and start the process of ordering books for your students
 
 
The TSBVI site called Resources for the Expanded Core Curriculum (RECC) for all kinds of materials and media to support teaching your VI students.
 
 
How to indicate the winter break on the IEP chart and review the data for how to determine if extended school year is warranted - page 120.

For APH Federal Quota. January is the month the IESBVI Outreach Program conducts the Annual Registration of Students Who Are Visually Impaired to generate Federal Quota funds.
