Review evaluation dates based on IMS re-evaluation schedule and evaluation date report from CRM and discuss progress towards completing upcoming evaluations.

Meet/observe students you will be serving
 
 
Collect all the materials you handed out at the beginning of the year. (You made this form and placed in the student folder in November.) Work with the individual campuses to store larger items. Make sure these items are clearly marked with your name, the student's name, your e mail, and your telephone number.
 
 
Return APH items that are not needed. Remember - do not hoard! You don't have the space
   

           Send assistive technology to be fixed/repaired.

 
 
Review IEP schedule to be aware of upcoming fall due dates
               Ensure final IEP progress monitoring is provided to parent/guardian. 
               Complete Year End Summary
 
 
Complete Projected Summer Services sheet and submit to the school secretary. Determine dates, times, and location for ESY services:
a. district based programming
b. non-district based programs
 
 
Begin to set up dates to meet next year's teachers, including coordinating math and science teacher with consultants.
 
 
Prepare for August in-service trainings with teachers/campuses that will be getting a student who is visually impaired.
 
 
Change password on your computer, see Policy 3.26.
 
 
Check for Summer Reading Program with Iowa Department for the Blind.
 
 
          Complete ECC Screening Tools for Initial and Reevaluation IEPs.
