Evaluation dates based on IMS Re-evaluation schedule and evaluation date report from CRM and discuss progress towards completing upcoming evaluations.

Complete AEA required paperwork for "Head Count" at the end of October
 
 
Complete paperwork and evaluations so students are on an IEP/IFSP by mid-October
 
 
Send out completed progress monitoring reports. Meet with co-workers or mentor to review process for completing progress reports on students. (Check with each school district when progress reports are due and mark on your calendar.)
 
 
OMS and TVIs meet to make sure they are reinforcing each other's goals when possible and discuss sending progress monitoring home to parents.
 
 
Update IEP progress on Extended School Year form nine weeks after the school year started.
               Write Vision Only IEP Step-By-Step
               Write Page B of the IEP with ties to the ECC
